New Student Enrollment Procedure

Step #1 Complete the Application Form  and submit with registration fee. The registration fee will be held until notification of acceptance.

Step #2 Parent/Student interview with the school principal. Please call the school office (603.880.6832) to schedule an appointment.

Step #3 Entrance Test. This applies to students in K5—12th grades. It is usually scheduled during the summer.

Step #4 Once you receive a letter of acceptance to SMCA, you will need to submit the additional registration forms listed below.

We encourage anyone interested in our school to attend at least one regular church service at Merrimack Valley Baptist Church. This visit will help you better understand the philosophy and tone of our ministry.

Entrance into Preschool and Kindergarten
Application for enrollment in kindergarten will be open to all children whose 5th birthday comes on or before September 30th of the school year and who are not yet 6 by that date. If a parent feels that a child is not ready for first grade, an exception may be made to allow him/her to stay in kindergarten after age six.

Application for enrollment in the 3 and 5 day four-year-old kindergarten program will be open to all children whose 4th birthday comes on or before September 30th of the school year.

Application for enrollment in the three-year-old program will be open to all children whose 3rd birthday comes on or before September 30th of the school year. Children must also be toilet trained.

January of each year is set aside for pre-registration for children currently enrolled, children of church members, siblings of children currently enrolled, and siblings of children previously enrolled. After that month, open registration takes place using the above criteria for admission.
