Our History

Merrimack Valley Baptist Church of Merrimack, NH started Independent Baptist Mission in 1995 with one missionary couple who desired the church to be their sending agency. The Lord has continued to add missionaries over the years. In 2009, the name was changed to IBMGlobal to more accurately reflect the world-wide vision of the mission board.

Our Purpose

Independent Baptist Mission Global is committed to the New Testament philosophy of indigenous church planting through soul-winning, discipleship, Bible study, and the organization of churches that govern, support, and reproduce themselves.

Our Philosophy

Independent Baptist Mission is committed to the New Testament philosophy of indigenous church planting through soul winning, discipleship, Bible study, training the saints to serve, and the organization of New Testament local churches who then reproduce themselves. 

Our Missionaries

Each candidate is evaluated on the basis of his salvation testimony, Christian conduct, education and preparation, call to the field, doctrinal position, physical and emotional stability, spiritual discernment, and pastor’s recommendation.
